Don’t ask me why I placed them like that, it’s just my opinion (everybody has their ones).
Starts from villain that less attracts me and ends by villain that attracts me a lot.
#10 Scar (“The Lion King”)
I very fond of lions and Scar is evilest animal villain to me. Jeremy Irons’ voice is PERFECT!! 
Scar a little reminds me Cardinal Richelieu (from “Three Musketeers” of Alexander Dumas) when he says: «I see» on hyenas' replica that they were scared thinking it was one of important lions like Mufasa XD 
#9 Jafar (“Aladdin”)
I'm admired by Jonathan Freeman (cool voice)
I like him just because of his humor. Also I was touched when in “Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion” Jafar is told taking care of friends it is more important than power. Actually, not really getting Jiminy Cricket's message, Jafar says he's right as it's good to have friends in high places.
My favorite quote: (Sultan presents Jafar to Aladdin as Prince Ali) “Ecstatic…”

#8 Claude Frollo (“Hunchback of Notre-Dame”)
He raised Quasimodo (an ugly kid for Frollo). Disney Villain raised a Disney Hero!!! (get it?) (Gothel is this list too)
The most of villains dream about fame, power, or money but Frollo’s goal (making Esmeralda love him) is just AWESOME (as his song “Hellfire”)!!! Of course, it’s really creepy and inhumanely, but I think it’s PERFECT villain’s goal (I don’t mention Gaston because for me he is much more stupid than Frollo; sorry Gaston’s fans).
Despite his oldness, he full of physic strength. I mention his battle with Quasimodo (maybe, it’s not gonna wonder you cause it’s Medieval Ages, when every man needed physic strength despite their oldness)
#7 Dr. Eggman (“Sonic the Hedgehog”)
Despite his evil nature, he is my first the most favorite character of “Sonic”. When I was 5-6, I tried not to miss any series of this show just because of Eggman. He is funny and intelligence; I like his mustaches 
I really don’t know why, but I just like him as my best teacher or my family’s friend
#6 Pitch Black (“Rise of the Guardians”)
I’m neutral with him but… His appearance IS awesome and amazing! His pale skin, yellow eyes, figure, and magic are AMAZING and make him horrendous! (DreamWorks made the coolest King of Nightmares)
His voice is either creepy or tempting (well done, Jude Law 
)
#5 Gremlin Prescott (“Epic Mickey 1 & 2”)
He is cute. I like his intelligence. I liked Gremlins
I only feel sorry for what happened to him in “Epic Mickey 2”. Thinking that nobody perceives his talent and intelligence, he started swindling and Mad Doctor took advantage of it. Prescott was angry and jealous, he needed a support 
so Mad Doctor just used him for his evil plan and then hypnotized (that’s my most hated thing, when somebody use a naïve or irate person for evil plans) (He also reminds me a lot King Candy from “Wreck-It Ralph”)
#4 Ratigan (“Great Mouse Detective”)
I like his voice (oh, Vincent Price 
) and humor
His denial that he IS rat makes me smile.
My most favorite scene is when Fidget finds out that he lost the list (“You are not coming through… How dare that idiot Basil poke his stupid nose into my wonderful scheme and foul up everything!”)
Ratigan a little reminds me Beast from “Beauty and the Beast” 
#3 Captain Hook (“Peter Pan” (1951))
He is funny. I like his style
I'm admired by his way to be very polite with his victim before he kill it 
(I know, dark thoughts, he-he)
The main reason of my likeness of him is, I feel sorry for him that he had lost his hand thanks to Peter Pan (Can you imagine yourself without ONE hand, people? Lefthanders, are you agree with me?) and this boy tortures him just for his fun. (Who is monster, who is human?)
All in all, I just love him as way as he is
#2 O’Hare (“Dr. Seuss’ the Lorax” (2012))
He is humorous and eccentric! I liked him as I saw him first time on the poster of “Dr. Seuss’ the Lorax”. I never thought that he is antagonist of movie, and when he sang during “Let It Grow” that he is ready to redeem I was very happy, but, unfortunately, my hope was broken (“Let it die, let it die…” blah-blah). Then I started hating him but soon I dreamt of I saw him and furiously ran after to kill him. When I got O’Hare and was about kill him so I could show my anger to him, he was SO scared that I couldn’t hurt him and left him… however in the end he went after me as my fellow! Then I’ve been seeing him in another way… (Love is most precious thing; it reveals itself in unexpected way)
In addition, in my own world I see him as my dad
#1 King Candy (“Wreck-It Ralph”)
He IS JUST AWESOME!!! XD He is the MAIN reason that made me watch “Wreck-It Ralph”
He is the cutest Disney villain I’ve ever seen (the first villain with Disney protagonist’s appearance!! 
)! His humor, his voice (Alan Tudyk, you are AMAZING!!! XD ), his giggle and laugh, his intelligence, his style (as human and as Cy-Bug)… OHHH 
All of this makes me admire! Despite his evil nature, he has great and wise quotes:
“Do you know what the hardest part about being king is? Doing what’s right, no matter what.”
“I know it’s tough. But heroes have to make tough choices, don’t they?” (I think it makes him be a psychologist)
And his Cy-Bug form just AWESOME!!! I fell in love with his Cy-Bug form, either scary or attractive Moreover, his battle with Ralph is one of my most favorite scenes of this movie.
“I should thank you… but it’d more fun to kill you…” (the darkest phrase)
“I’m not through with you yet!” (his face XD)
P.S. In DisneyWiki I read that KC supposed to redeem himself, but producers decided to remain him as villain. That fact hurt my feeling a bit, cause King Candy could be the first Disney redeem villain (!) (Not like Sour Bill, Iago from “Aladdin”, Anastasia from “Cinderella”, who are henchmen or second antagonists). However if that happened then there wouldn’t be many cool and interesting fanfictions on DeviantArt or somewhere else. But I still keep a hope in my heart that King Candy will appear in “Wreck-It Ralph 2” (There can be miracles when you believe. The hope is frail; it’s hard to kill…)
